(1950s-1970s)
In the mid-20th century, the Sigalas family cultivated vines in their traditional wine cave (kanava) in Baxedes, Oia. This period laid the foundation for a deep connection to Santorini's unique terroir and winemaking traditions.
(1980s-1990s)
In 1987, Paris Sigalas, originally a mathematician, participated in the harvest at his grandfather's kanava, igniting his passion for winemaking. This experience led to the establishment of Domaine Sigalas in 1991, marking a new era of quality and innovation in Santorini wines.
(2000s-2010s)
During this decade, Domaine Sigalas gained international acclaim, particularly for its Assyrtiko wines. The winery's commitment to expressing the island's diverse terroirs set new standards for Greek white wines on the global stage.
(2020s-Present)

In the 2020s, Oeno P emerged as a beacon of innovation in the Santorini wine scene. Their flagship wine, a vibrant Assyrtiko, showcases the island's unique volcanic terroir, captivating wine enthusiasts worldwide.
